A beautifully finished plain weave wool fabric that is exclusive to Coldharbour Mill and is inspired by the countryside of Devon. Widely used for ties, sashes, scarves, shawls, stoles, & waistcoats, these tartans are also ideal for light home furnishings like throws & runners. Our Tartans are woven on our heritage machines and are only available from Coldharbour Mill.

Incredible, very special product.

Beautiful tartan, woven especially for a Royal Navy unit's order which was then made up into mess dress cummerbunds for a local unit.
We were delighted to receive this quickly, considering how labour intensive the process is and the volume we needed for the order. I wish I could remember the name of the weaver to thank specifically. Many thanks, Naomi at Tin Trousers military tailors.

I bought tartan and wool, the colours of both will complement each other when worn together, as a Devon girl I wanted something that had been produced in the county, nice to support a slice of history too
